Friends...

Their is something to be said for great friends. I have been blessed with amazing people in my life. These are girls that I grew up with, and I have been very fortunate to still have them in my life. I got to enjoy a fun weekend with them just talking, laughing, and working out!!! Thanks girls for all the joy you bring to me in my life!!!

Two Peas in a Pod!!!

Two peas in a pod.. London and Cache are cousins and they are about 6 months different in age, London being the oldest.. but for some strange reason Cache has that boy instinct to pick on her, bless her sweet spirit... Cache loves her fluffy hair and pulls it about 8 times a day, rolls on top of her, and chases her.. You can't help it but to laugh because London does nothing she does not even cry.. I know that someday though they will be bestest of buds. We took them to the zoo and they did great.

Cache's Big Surgery

I guess I should not say "Big" Surgery, but for me it was big enough!! Cache had a terrible month in April, I took him to the Dr's it seemed like every other day thinking he had ear infections, and everyone kept telling me that he was fine he was just teething. Finally he was put on an antibiotic and a week later his right eardrum burst, his left ear then got inflamed on the backside and was taken to the emergency room. After that incident we decided it would be best for Cache to get ear tubes. I was a little scared about the anesthesia and I have to say it was a little scary, but Cache was awesome and did great. The actual surgery it self only took about 7 minutes.. no joke. I guess we will see if this helps with the ear infections.

50mile-- MOAB RELAY

Ok, I don't know what possessed me to want to take up running again, but I have for some strange reason. I think my goal in all this was to lose 10pnds.. Anyways I did my first race when I was abt 24 or 25, so that gives me a good 7yrs of being out of practice.. The Moab Relay is a 50 mile race, with 6 teammates and each girl gets two legs of 4-5 miles (give or take)haha.. I ran 5.2, and 4.8. All the girls on the team did Awesome!!! Anyone that runs, is amazing!! It's hard to run up a freakin mountain.. I did this in preparation for the Logan to Park City Race I'm doing in June aka Ragnar. That one has 12 girls and you run 100 miles. I barfed after my second run, but it was so worth the brag rights.. Take a look at the team!!
