Easton's New Ride, and some!!!

Easton's birthday has been drawn out for a week now, and he still has another week of fun!! We opened a couple of small presents on his birthday on Thursday, then we went and picked up his "new ride" today. Nana and Pa got E an Awesome helmet to protect his little noggin, and we got him a light saver, and some playdo. We new we wanted to get him a 4-wheeler, but it's really hard for us to shop, because we live so far away from everything. I bought a couple of gifts because I didn't think he would get his wheeler until summer, but we soooo lucked out. We found this really nice family in Spanish Fork selling a little 50 on KSL and it just so happened that my mom was leaving Cello, and stopped by and checked it out. We think it's fate, it ended up working out perfectly.. I'm so glad it worked out, it was meant to be!!!

I love these pics not because they are the cutest, but because they show my kids in their true light.. I have also decided that if you have the money and can invest in a good camera anything is possible. Your kids will look cute even if they are eating dirt. I took these on Kimmy's camera and really like them.

Easton's 5th Birthday!!

Let me just start off by saying Happy B-day E.. Easton is such a sweet kid, and I'm not just saying that cuz he's my kid. He doesn't hit when other kids hit him, he let's Cache beat him up, he listens to his mean Momma, and he truly is just a big lovable kid.. I have to say I hate that both my kids are born in March and every other year their b-days fall on the weekend of Easter. We planned a fun pirate party for Easton but unfortunately he has to wait another week because his dad has to work. So this is just a couple pics of his actual day.. I will have some fun pics from the party in abt a week. We got Easton a 4-wheeler, and I know that he is just going to love it!!! For those of you who don't know we live out in the middle of nowhere and 4-wheeling is what we do for fun. Something I forgot to say was we made a Easter Bunny cake for his pre-school party and it soooo did not turn out!!! So instead he took cupcakes, and I took the cake to the shop. Easton said that is what I should do, and he didn't want them thinking he made it because it sucked butt!!! Easton I'm so proud of you and the little special person that you are.

Cache's 1st Birthday!!!

Cache is already one I can't believe it. I feel like I just had him, I'm still trying to get back into shape from having him, so really how can he be 1!!! What a fun year this has been. Cache is definitely special to us, and he is such a funny kid. He is fun loving, ticklish, cute, silly, loves playing ball, or madder then a cat!!! In this year alone he has been blessed with 10 teeth, and man oh man are we feeling it. On the happy note, hopefully we should not have to worry abt any more drama with the teeth situation, or less of it.. He learned how to crawl at 9 months and walk at 11. He loves to hit his brother, and wrestle with E. He even bit Easton's ear one day when he got mad. Personality is written all over this kid. I am looking forward to the next year. St. Patties Day!!!

So yesterday Darbie O'Gill made a visit to our house. He was so sneakie and left candy all around and a special Top Hat that we put on the kids.. I hope everyone was wearing their green or you might have got pinched!!! Cache looks like a little Leprechaun chasing Easton.. It's so funny... haha

Spring Fever!!

We have been so couped up in the house that we decided to venture to Moab on Friday!!! Monticello still has a good 5ft of snow, and we just got more last night. Can you just say "Spring Fever" has hit our house that's for sure!!! For some strange reason you can go 45 minutes north to dry land, sunshine, and a beautiful park, so that's what we did. The kids were so excited to play at the skate park, and park. We took scooters, bikes, and lunch. My friend Erin and sister in-law Kimmy came with me.. We had a blast at the park!! We did not want to leave. Unfortunatley we did not realize that the kids have not seen sun in 4mnths and my little Cache got sun burned.

Pirates!!!!

We decided to do a Pirate Birthday party for the kids this year.. I bought some stuff on Oriental Trading, and the kids love their stuff.. We got super cute bandannas, swords, tats, and balls.. I have to say we are really excited to get this party started.. Rrrrr Mattie!!!
