Boating in Pueblo

What an exciting month we have had. It started out with a trip to Vegas for a wedding, then boating in Pueblo, Easton starting school, and the list just keeps on going. In between all of our vacations I have been working, and Ry guy has been busy working and going to the mountains.. August has flown by, and I can't believe that we are almost in December. I did not grow up boating but my little sis and her husband bought a boat last year so we decided to give it a try. I actually got up on the wake board and was sooo proud of myself. Ry kicked butt, and so did the rest of the gang. East got to go on the tube, and of course I got to ride with him. We had a blast, and we even got my dad out there. My dad is turning the big 60 in September, how can that possible be..

Kindergarten!!!

Easton has officially started Kindergarten this year! How fun for him to be able to go to school, and also get to be in the same class as his best buddy Carson. Here are couple pics of the crazy monkeys!!! We are so excited for this year, and all the fun it will bring!!

Nolan and Emily

We had so much fun in Vegas at Nolan's Wedding.. We were able to go to a really fun show at the Wynn called Le Reve with Straw and Jays. Nolan and Em finally tied the big not, and look very happy to be together... We are so excited for them both and wish them many years of happiness...

The New Addition to The Fam!!!

Ok this is the funniest story ever, but I will give you the short version. This weekend we ventured out in the mtns, which is a typical thing for us Monticello peeps, but it just so happened on this particular day that all chaos would happen.
We started out the day with East barfing in the back seat, I put 2 cd's in the cd player, then Ryan and E tried to save a cow in cow poop, and when Ry tried to put on a new shirt we discovered that I had used his other shirt as a vomit rag..
Then it gets better, as we were driving up the mtns the mud was really wet, so we decided it would be best to take a alternative route on the way home, but to our dismay we ended up stranded because of a flash flood that we could not cross. Luckily we were not the only one's stranded on this mtn, so we made a day out of it, met some really nice people, and made it home by the end of the day.. During our long wait to cross the stream Easton caught a frog, and this has become the new addition to the fam!!! The kids just love him and I hope he lives to see a week, or does not hop out of the fish tank where he is currently living with a beta!!!
